Stealth, Shadows, and Stunning Design: Crafting the Logo for Aragami

Company Name: Lince Works

Service: Logo

Location: Barcelona - Spain

Every once in a while, a project comes along that’s really exciting, and this was one of those! A few weeks ago, we had the incredible opportunity to design the logo for Aragami, an upcoming ninja/assassin video game developed by the talented Barcelona-based team at Lince Works.

As avid gamers ourselves, we couldn’t wait to jump into this project. It felt like the perfect blend of work and play! Lince Works approached us looking for a logo that would represent their game in a bold and striking way, while also staying true to its Japanese-inspired stealth-action theme. We knew this was our chance to create something truly memorable, both for the game and for ourselves.

Set in a beautifully crafted world inspired by Japan, Aragami puts players in control of the titular character, a deadly assassin who uses shadows and stealth to outwit enemies. The gameplay is dynamic, fast-paced, and full of surprises, and the logo needed to embody that same energy. Our goal was clear: create a design that leaps out at players, much like the character does in the game, while tying it to its rich cultural setting.

After sketching out some initial ideas, we landed on a bold, dramatic logo that captured the essence of the game. The sharp, angular design evokes the precision and swiftness of a ninja’s movements, while a Japanese kanji element firmly roots the logo in the game’s setting and cultural inspiration. The overall composition was designed to command attention, whether it’s on a game box, a website, or a menu screen.

We’re thrilled to see our design proudly displayed on an actual game! And it seems we’re not the only ones who are excited. The buzz around Aragami is growing, and rightfully so. Lince Works, led by their passionate CEO and Lead Developer David Leon, has poured incredible effort into creating a unique and immersive gaming experience.

Aragami is out now on PS4, PS5 and Steam, with an Xbox One and XS version on the horizon. If you haven’t checked it out yet, we highly recommend it. We’re looking forward to collaborating with the Lince Works team again in the future.
