Yes we love working with other agencies, and have built some great lasting relationships. We work with both marketing and design agencies. Let us know if you would like to team up on a project! Please contact us here. For contracting roles we charge £35 an hour.
Once we have settled on a price, and we know what it is that we are designing, we will send you over an agreement contract to sign, and you will then pay a deposit. We will then go through the design process, then you will pay the remaining balance and we will send you all the files for you. They will be JPEG, PDF, PSD, AI, GIF, PNG, SVG and EPS which is a scalable format. We will also include the fonts too. If you require anything to be printed, we will arrange this for you, and make sure they are delivered in good time.
We require a deposit upfront before any work is carried out and then the final balance is to be paid once the final design is complete. We accept payment via direct bank transfer and PayPal for international clients. We do not accept cash payment or cheques.
Look online and note down any existing designs that you like or particular styles, layouts, colours and fonts which catch your eye. Write a rough brief detailing what you would like the design to achieve. Be realistic with your time-frames and deadlines, often projects will end up over-running as clients don’t realistically leave themselves enough free time to provide feedback to complete their projects.
No!! If you are looking for someone to design for free then we aren’t the people for you. We recommend using Fiver if you want super cheap design, although there is a big chance the quality will be low. We are happy to complete spec work. We are happy to work for free with trusted and reputable charities if we really dig the message you are promoting!
No. I’m sure someone else will be interested in doing that for you.
We currently do not print in house. We use both a range of local and online printers, depending on price, quality and quantity. If you think your print shop would be a good fit for us, don’t hesitate to get in touch!
The difference between vector and raster graphics is that raster graphics are composed of pixels, while vector graphics are composed of paths. A vector can be scaled up or down and never loose its quality. A raster graphic, such as a JPEG or PNG, is an array of pixels of various colours, which together form an image. We try our best to let you know what it is we are talking about.
We don’t offer work experience at the moment. We work from a home studio so do not have the facilities to take someone on. However we do recommend other designers who would be willing to take you on!
No but we work regularly with local animators. We will be able to design the non-moving elements, and pass on the files to the animators to add motion to it. 2D and 3D are acceptable. We do however design 2D logo intros.
We are happy to meet up and have a chat about your project. Or if you prefer, we will be happy to give you a ring!
Yes we will be happy to write a post for you.
We can’t take responsibly for the post services handling of your products. If they are broken then we recommend talking to your local post service. We make sure we write “FRAGILE” and “THIS WAY UP” on all our posts.
We do not offer SEO to our clients.
No! We manage our own SEO for this site. Please read this before you send us an email, as we get bombarded about this every day. We won’t respond to any emails about SEO or anything about having our website redesigned to rank higher.
We work with local photographers who are masters of their trade.
We will be happy to come in if you have a spare desk!
That is fine. We offer a vector tracing service if you just want your rastar file optimised to a vector.
We work with many businesses and brands from all around the globe!
Yes, of course. Depending on the package you choose, you should have a number of variations to help you get what you want.
You will get a JPEG, PNG and a PDF file in high resolution (in most cases, 3000x3000). We can also send you the files in any other necessary format for printing.
The design process takes about 2-3 weeks depending on the service. If you have a deadline in mind, we will do our best to work to it.
